About Shaylee
Our mission is to bring people together one dish at a time thru fusion cuisine.
With over 10 years of experience in hot food and pastry we have accumulated a large amount of different skills and experience cooking many different cuisines.
When hiring Taina you will get up to two professional chefs to teach your cooking class or have you sit back and enjoy a personalized coursed culinary experience
We are a team of two. I, chef Shaylee am a professional savory chef and chef Vivian is a professional pastry chef. We love being able to bring both our skills to help others learn new tricks In the kitchen or cater your culinary experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE working with TAINA. Their class was very nice and very informative. I learned a lot about making empanadas and how each different Latin American country makes their own!
