About Curtlynn
Classes can be at my home or clients home. Price quote is inclusive of instruction time, menu planning, and all materials needed to complete the class. Client will be provided with meal packing material to take food home. Menu is determined based on clients preference.
My goal is to help the student understand his or her goals and to help them reach their goals through interactive lessons.
I have worked in the restaurant industry as both a front of house and back of house manager. I currently am a culinary instructor at the Art Institute of Houston. I have experience in wine pairing, menu planning, event planning and more...

I want each student to receive the training one desires. The student is in complete control of what he or she wishes to learn. This is why the lesson, amount of classes and depth of classes is completely the decision of the student.
I have worked with all types of students from novice to advance. I can accommodate any diet preference of the student.
When choosing an instructor, choose one who is flexible to palette preference, dietary needs, schedule accommodations and knowledgeable of vast cooking methods.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questions you may want to ask the instructor are:
1. Is the instructor able to provide instruction on more than one regional menu?
2. Is the instructor able to change a recipe to accommodate diet restrictions and/or allergies?

Details
At standard, my price is $80 per person, per 2 hour lesson. The price is inclusive of menu and lesson planning, instruction time, meal packaging and ingredients for one menu item to be prepared during class. All additional purchased ingredients are to be reimbursed before the start of class via invoice.
