I am passionate in my journey of discovering the great food finds of the world. I am very excited about the opportunity to share these experiences with my students. Students will come away from my classes not only more proficient in their skills, but have a real world prospective of what happens in the industry
I was approached by the culinary school to teach some classes
I have 30 plus years of training and mentoring professional cooks, chefs and dining room servers. I also have 12 years of adjunct professor work teaching in a culinary school
