I am an experienced registered dietitian nutritionist who loves great tasting food, where it comes from, and how it affects your health.

I love to serve and improve lives through sharing good food. I love to connect with people around the table of a great meal.
I have helped my patients for over 20 years navigate and overcome difficult health problems with good nutrition. Tailoring cookery classes to your health needs is truly in expert hands.
Both a tasty meal and good nutrition start with quality food products. I still love investigating how food is made and grown, and what's new on the market.
I love to expand culinary experiences by traveling. In fact, traditional food heritage influences the health of a cultural population. The best way to learn from this is to meet locals and get hands-on. So, Appetite to Travel offers bespoke culinary tours around the world.
