Chef Ren takes you on her culinary journey around the world, picking up rich, bold flavors and creating and sharing award winning recipes from her travels and rich heritage growing up eating healthy. She brings 37 years of expertise in cooking healthy foods made with pure and simple ingredients. She will show you how to get FRESH food fast on the table rather than fast food on the table.
Cooking with Chef Ren and being able to work in the comfort of your own kitchen allows anyone in your household to participate in these fun, interactive hands-on cooking classes that covers everything from prepping to plating. Chef Ren will talk you through the process step-by-step, with helpful tips throughout the class to ensure that you not only end up with a delicious and healthy meal, but also deliver an experience that you can implement far beyond the class for a healthy lifestyle. Unlike most cooking classes available online, her classes aren’t pre-recorded or generic. She teaches how to be fearless in the kitchen and brings out the kitchen artist in you. This is not a crash course but rather a life long lesson that will help you to treat your body kind by avoiding health issues as much as possible.
Each class is held live through Zoom which allows you the opportunity to ask questions and interact with other students and build friendships. Chef Ren’s level of instructions are simple and straightforward, making them unique to other online cooking classes for beginners. However, experienced home cooks can expand their skills and try out new cuisines.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each 90-120 minute class is a password-protected Zoom session, so you and the other attendees are free to ask questions as you follow along step by step.
Before class begins, enjoy 10 minutes of social interaction with other attendees, ask any culinary questions and build relationships while warming up for class.
