About Evan
EZEats curates intimate private dining experiences to those who have an appreciation for gastronomy and all it has to offer. I fuse Years of Michelin star restaurant training with cultural familiarity in your own home. Each meal is meant to showcase the seasons bounty and can push your dietary boundaries to endless limits. Not only do I accommodate any dietary restriction, EZEats will help drive your exploratory passion for mindful eating.
As a chef in the metropolitan New York area, I have spent almost 10 years cooking in kitchens with chefs such as David Bouley, Isao Yamada, Shaun Hergatt, Marc Forgione and Michael white. Prior to these kitchen hours, I granulated with an associates and a bachelors degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and have returned there as an adjunct professor for advanced Japanese cuisine.
I had embarked on a year long culinary journey around the world cooking with a handful of incredible chefs ranging from Hawaiian and Thai cuisines to Australian and Indian cuisines. Each country offered new cultural experiences that have helped mold all the offerings you can become subject too!
