About Paschelle
Classically trained and love teaching others what I'm passionate about. I have several years of cooking for people and training groups showcasing an array of different American and international cuisines.
Recruiting people that want to explore their curiosity of the strange and exciting world of culinary and introducing them to my passion while sparking that same passion in them. I love it when “that light 💡 bulb goes off”.
Always wanted to teach on some level at some point in my life. After becoming a chef I started working for Sur la Table and it was a match made in heaven. This is where my love for teaching world cuisine began; teaching adult and children alike...
