About Selena
Culinary cooking with an authentic flare on Caribbean, Indian, southern and a host of ethnic cuisine to entice your pallet. Simple, cost efficient and fun to all students.
The passion as being a chef and the joy of entertaining and cooking for others. Most of all teaching a non-cook how to cook. I've been an instructor for over 15 years and the gratification I receive is the fabulous ways to interact with students and food. Bridges people together.
Instructor in New York, Greenville and Abbeville. Currently an instructor in Abbeville SC as owner of HayGood Manor Bed and Breakfast which include private cooking lessons for large classes, parties and groups. My passion is to enable individuals to enjoy, connect and learn quick and easy meals that are nutritional.
over 40 years of experience and training with top chefs internationally. Currently top chef at HayGood Manor in Abbeville and top chef at the Cook Station in Greenville SC. Previous restaurant owner in New York and cooking instructor in New York for over 14 years. Owner of a catering company since 1997.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Ask the instructor to explain the cuisine they are about to prepare by providing the history, origin and why the dish was chosen. Making sure the instructor know that they have a food allergy or health or nutritional problems. Ask the instructor to send the recipe prior to the class.
