About Paul
My tutoring service stands out because it is quite evident how passionate I am about making sure that my students learn new material. Not only this, but also the teaching style that I employ requires a team effort, meaning plenty of participation on the part of my students. This is the best way to ensure that they are understanding the material beyond mere memorization.
I enjoy the moments when academic concepts "click" for my students, and they have a newfound understanding of the material. The best part of my sessions is derived from the transfer of knowledge between myself and the students.
I have a bachelor's degree in Economics from the George Washington University and I have worked as a Software Developer for part of my career. Thus, I have a strong enough Mathematics foundation to teach all levels of Math up to and including precalculus. In addition, I can teach JavaScript, Java, and HTML.
