About Benjamin
Alli and I are fortunate to share our love of cheerleading with one another and we're even more fortunate to have the opportunity to share our love of the sport through what we can teach others! Since 2013 we have provided quality choreography for middle schools, high schools and Allstar programs as well as mobile tumbling instruction. Both Alli and Ben have won championships at the local, state and national level and are excited to be able to share our expertise with you!!
With over 20 years of combined experience Ben started teaching tumbling in 2008 at both a cheerleading gym and gymnastics facility. Alli cheered from 1998 until 2015 and moving into coaching during her time as USA Allstars.
Alli is a licensed kinesiologist and both Alli and Ben have been USASF certified in tumbling between levels 1-6, first aid, CPR and SafeSport certified. Ben has been AACCA certified since 2010.

All new students, as well as programs, are subjected to a skill assessment so we can provide instruction suited to ability level. Once skill has been assessed we provide specific drills and conditioning in order for each athlete to achieve their specific goals.
We have worked with students of every experience and ability level, ages 5-25.
Find someone who cares about the athlete more than the skill they're working on. There will be hundreds of students over the course of an instructors career but each one deserves to feel like they are the most important one.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
"Who am I as an athlete?" Cheerleading is filled with doubtful and scary moments. It's important as an athlete to understand this and go into everything without hesitation.
