About Vivian
I have a unique way of getting my tutored students to identify how they can easily revamp their ability to ingest information easier and identify the key points they have to use to make a good grade.
I have taught at 4 colleges (ODU, TCC, Hampton University, and University of Phoenix), been a stedi-certified substitute for fourteen years, and an SOL tutor for 2 years in the Virginia Beach Public School District where I had a 100% pass rate and all of my students graduated. I also am a small business owner since 2003.
I have multiple degrees (an Associate Degree Business Administration and a B.S.B.A. in Marketing including a Masters in Humanities/Communications. I graduated from TCC with Cum Laude and enhanced Phi Theta Kappan credentials. I am a high achiever.
I have served on many community boards, i.e. Colonial Coast Girl Scout Council, Virginia Beach Council of Civic Organizations, Virginia Beach Human Rights Commission, Virginia Association of Human Rights, and as a Virginia Beach Election Official. I am a published author.
I enjoy students who really want to learn and will apply themselves to gain additional opportuities to be excellent. I was and am a high achiever. I try to apply what makes me successful to increasing my tutors abilities from within themselves.
