Creating a career out of something I love that has taught me so much about life - as well as myself - is where I found my happiness. Boxing teaches you real life lessons and is way more than simply a great workout or an Olympic sport. I teach my students to tap into themselves and become a better version daily. Daily building their self confidence, mental fortitude, determination, teaching self care, having faith, and showing love. When I created this brand I felt it. I boxed myself for 6 years while coaching it and then continued to teach after retirement. I have now been coaching for over 9 years and have worked alongside the best trainers locally and nationally as well as globally.
