About Anthony
I'm a trainer that teaches proper form & technique. I base my workouts scientificly meaning proper mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and proper stretching.
My self defence instruction is to get fit not hit. My background includes, Tae Kwon do, ninjutsu, BJJ, boxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai.
I also work some customers out of a gym called Yard Time
Since I was very young I had the desire to exercise and explore various options in my training. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and most of all hearing all the success stories From my students and clients
I have been working with students for over 30 years and have practiced various forms of martial arts, BJJ, Muay Thai and boxing

It is important that the new student feels comfortable. The next step is technique, lastly the student has to believe they can accomplish their goals
My students and clients have ranged in age from nine years old to 92, no kidding typically those interested in boxing are usually 12 to 17 years old
I think it’s important that you feel a sense of respect for both yourself and your instructor if you don’t get that vibe keep looking. You need somebody with patience and tolerance and the ability to actually teach and instruct
Like I said hearing people saying “I couldn’t do that a month ago“ and now I can, training people with Parkinson’s who drag their feet and now you can’t even hear them walking across the floor, watching people in their 80s doing planks and side planks and telling me how they could never do that even when they were younger

Details
I teach a class at my local gym two times a week for only $50 a month. Private lessons would be $25 half an hour for one in more than one an additional $15 per person
