About Keneti
Hello future clients,
I know theres alot of choices to chose from. At KO Boxing, I focus on building the boxer from the ground up. Build the proper foundation. Proper techniques, movements and combinations. My training consists of boxing, kick boxing and cardio. If you have any questions dont hesitate to ask.
I get to work on my own time. I can refuse anyone without feeling like I need them or their money. I do what I do because I enjoy it and I like to teach those that are shy or intimidated by other fighters at a dojo or gym.

About the lesson

When working with new students, they will be taught the proper techniques from punching, foot work, head movement, body positioning, pivoting and so on. Once they learn the proper techniques, they will move to the next level and so on. I train to standards and not by time. Those with experience will be tested on their skills level. Once determine then training will move on to the next level. Before any combinations is taught, individual punches or kicks will be perfected before moving forward.
