I train ProSkillz style workouts. We focus on Ball Handling, Footwork, Game Situations, Shooting, Scoring, Defense and Core Strength. Sessions may be recorded and posted to social media to build followers, showcase growth and ultimately garner the attention of college scouts. We focus on the student athlete. We also train at the professional level with assistance in placement in professional leagues across the world. Call me at W1TH0NR1R.. letters are numbers 😂 and the 0 is a zero

About the lesson

First Session: I will assess the level of play of the student and will design a workout for focus areas on weaknesses as well as strengths. 

2nd through 10th week.  I work in 2 week intervals of working on specific routines and then we change routines and keep a rotation of workouts to encourage cognitive thinking and muscle memory. We work on conditioning and core strength building and will incorporate yoga stretches to encourage flexibility. 

11wk and up: We progress with drills, scoring moves, Cognitive thinking and routine to ProLevel workouts.



All levels including NBA

$50/1hr - 1 session

$95 - 2 sessions/wk (pay on 1st session of week)

$175- 4 -1hr sessions (must be paid in advance, must complete within the month no rollover sessions)

$325 - 8 - 1hr sessions (must be paid in advance, must complere within a month.. no rollover sessions)

Same day cancellations require half price payment for daily paid sessions and/or forfeit session for monthly paid sessions. Subject to coach's discretion for reschedule day
