About Amy
Howdy! I have a BS in Kinesiology and I have a personal training certification with the American College of Sports Medicine. I am CPR & First Aid certified with the American Red Cross. I have been in the fitness industry for 25+ years.
I train people in person one on one and small group. I train 30 minute and 60 mintue sessions. I also can provide the option of written weekly work outs to do on your own if you perfer.
I love helping people especially with their health & wellness goals. It's so important to take care of our bodies so we can get around and move better, continue to lead active lifestyles to do the things we want and to just have a better quality of life.
