A typical session roughly includes:
Pitching:
Stretching
Proper warm up
Throwing drills
Long toss
Cord resistance workout
Light catch
15-25 min bullpen/live batting drills
pitcher fielding position (pfp)
Running
Hitting:
Mechanics work
In cage drills
Tee drills
soft toss
live batting practice
Fielding:
basic fielding drills
learning how to preform plays correctly
fly balls
ground balls (backhand, fronthand, slow rollers)
how to throw to your target
turning double plays
My sessions include me getting involved with some training as well so the athlete never feels alone in their struggles. I do recommend bringing a throwing partner (I.e. Their favorite catcher, or brother, or Dad) so that I can properly watch and fix mechanics. There may be some times where I will get in on playing catch and the warm ups too.
Baseball is a game of mechanics and fundamentals. You can have all the strength in the world but if your mechanics are wrong you will not yield the results you are looking for.
