I like to first see where and what the natural tendencies in the player are in the beginning. This allows me to focus on the most important needed areas with out trying to recreate the player into something he/she is not. That is not to say that a natural tendency will be changed entirely. It is a starting benchmark in looking to get the most out of the players ceiling and capability while maintaining a high desire within the players mindset. I continue this course through challenging the player with activities coupled with proper mechanics, increased athleticism, and personal and physical growth to achieve greater and improved results.
