I ran the largest independently owned indoor complex in the country, as the lead baseball instructor
I was a 4 year starter at USF, a division 1 college baseball program.

Lesson one will be mostly an assessment, then we will break down the places that need improvement, and drills will be provided to fix said problems before the next lesson.
Everything from 7years old through college hitters.
