About JJ
What stands out about my services is that you will notice I care more about you as an athlete and individual than most coaches do. I will be sure to have your best interest in mind and make sure we are challanging you but not demadning too mich from you.
I do what I love every day between coaching athletes and training athletes and the every day individual. It is rewarding to see people's hard work pay off and see others achieve their goals as I guide them and push them in the right direction.
I am a certified ISSA Strength and Conditioning Coach, USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach, Level 1 Functional Movement coach, played collegeiate hockey, four years of varsity baseball in High School and have volunteered coach summer baseball teams with my Dad.
