About Jonathan
I am an engineer with abundant experience working with and helping youth get through various school topics including physics, chemistry and academic math classes. In addition to previous experience as a high school tutor, I have plenty of experience teaching children of all ages topics such as swimming and life skills.

As an academic tutor, I like to explain difficult topics with easy to understand analogies and examples. Also, instead of just having the student memorize information, I prefer to give a brief explanation of the method behind it and the reason for learning it in the first place. Students will be encouraged to try problems on their own but I am always willing to work along side them should there be any difficulty understanding the material.
