About Bethany
Affordable Acting Classes to the North Austin and surrounding areas.
I have a passion for seeing artists find their talent. Through using many creative outlets, acting has a huge impact on an artist's life. We discover many differnt techniques and styles as we explore scripts and characterization.
I have acted, directed and been a board member with Stage Presnce Players and Way Off Broadway for a number of years now. I have studied under Amber DuPuy (Austin Acting Classes) and Karen Kohlhass (Atlantic Acting School) and Austin's very own Mona Lee (Brite Lite's Acting Studio).

I love seeing artists find themselves in the characters. When an actor overcomes the "Inner Critic" it is truly a defining moment.
I saw a need in the North side of Austin for acting classes and decided to give it a go.

About the lesson

The class usually constist of no more than 10 students.
We will have a chat about where they are in the craft and where they would like to be.
Then settle and see if we are a good fit.
Mostly people who are new to the craft. Beginners.
Find some one you are comfortable with. Any art form is very personal and you don't want some one you dislike guiding you.
I love directing stage plays and the last one I was priveleged to be a part of was Sleeping Indoors by Jim Holt. A wonderful Christmas play about a homeless man. Was an incredible experience all the way around!
