About Tiffany
Hello! I'm Tiffany May, a real life Miss Frizzle. I have over 10 years of experience working with all ages of children. I taught very little ones at Gymboree Play and Music, worked as a teaching artist in NYC schools with kids K-12, was a tenured, certified Earth Science teacher for four years at the Cobble Hill High School of American Studies, and currently teach kids voice acting classes over Zoom and in person. Connecting with students of all ages and backgrounds is something I truly enjoy. I maintain a positive, interactive environment with students, always aiming to make learning a fun and creative experience. I love helping people connect and express themselves in their own unique voice, whether it be public speaking, commercial voiceover, or creating animated characters.
My unique history as an inner-city Earth Science teacher, a research fellow who traveled with a team from Columbia University to Wyoming/Australia unearthing rocks, and creative talents as an actress allow me to engage a wide variety of students. I am also currently a voice over actress, which I love. This career choice gives me flexibility in my schedule to meet the needs of students. Coworkers would call me hard-working, reliable, dedicated, consistent, and a team player to help all kids learn in a meaningful way.
