About Libya
Are you ready to transform your passion for performance into polished skill?
I'm Libya Pugh, a Florida native and seasoned New York actor with a career spanning three decades. My journey as a performing artist and dedicated educator has seen me grace Off-Broadway stages in Tori Sampson’s “THIS LAND WAS MADE” and Christina Anderson’s “HOW TO CATCH CREATION.” You might have also seen me on hit TV shows like @fbicbs, @nbclawandorder, and @marvelsjessicajones, or in films like The Kindergarten Teacher.
With an MFA from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and a BFA from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, my foundation in the performing arts and education is rock solid.
In my dynamic online classes, I offer acting lessons, voice-over training, public speaking tips, and reading and writing tutoring.
