About Sam
I have extensive experience in performance in acting, singing, and playing guitar. I also have education and experience in Vocal Music Education, Theatre Education, experience teaching guitar, and training and experience in yoga teaching. I am a patient person, and I invest deeply in the learning of my students.

I begin by asking them what brought them to lessons, whether it's to work on or learn a specific song/character, or just to begin learning or working on their craft. I then tailor the process to fit these goals: If they want to focus on a specific song or play, I will provide them with techniques to help with that work and coach them through the actual piece; if they simply want to grow, I will teach them foundational technique and find material that I think will fit their needs. Along with this process, I will consistently give them work and practices to do on their own time in between lessons, to really ground them in the things we worked on.
