About Ollie
Hello! My name is Ollie Corchado, I've been acting since I was 16 years old and have been working professionally since I was 19. I attended school at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where I majored in Theatre with an Acting/Directing focus and minored in Communication with a Media studies focus. While in college I acted in over 30 plays with all different types of roles and was awarded an Irene Ryan nomination and competed in the 2013 KCACTF Region V festival where I was a finalist. While in college I also worked backstage and also directed three plays as well. My professional career has taken me all over the country, I've acted regionally and also on tour. As an actor I firmly believe that experience is the best teacher and always use my experiences to help me on stage. As a teacher I do the same. I believe in high energy and discipline when working will always take you far. Knowing your weaknesses as well as your strengths, playing to them and and working on them. Most of all as a teacher and artist I believe that honesty brings out the best results
