About Ben
I have been performing all my life! I graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Theater and a concentration in Stage and Screen Performance. Since then, I have worked as an actor with a plethora of DC-area theater companies including but limited to The Kennedy Center, Arena Stage, Studio Theater, Imagination Stage and Washington Stage Guild. I am an actively working performer and excited to share my experience and knowledge with you!
I also have several years of experience teaching all age groups as young as Kindergarten through adults so I know how to communicate and work with students to get the best work possible!
I love acting and writing for so many reasons! I love sharing a piece of myself with the world. I enjoy stepping into someone else's shoes and living in them for a while, and then doing my best to have an audience live in them too.
I love teaching for the a-ha moments, when students start piecing things together and figuring out things about how they approach their art.
