About Allison

I am an experienced MCAT tutor who can offer advice as someone who has taken the test and done well and as a tutor who has prepared 10+ students for the test.

I love seeing a student's progress as they study. The MCAT is a test where you really have to trust the process. It brings me joy when a student tells me about his or her improvements seen through increases in his or her practice tests.

About the lesson

I do an introductory session to get to know the student and his or her specific needs. I then spend time making an individualized document for the student including resources, tips, and a schedule for their studying.

Allison is very helpful and does a great job balancing content review and practice. She helps create a personalized schedule and ensures you stick to it. She really requires you, as the student to learn, rather than her doing all of the teaching- which is very helpful!
