About Andrea
Hi :) I am Andrea, Croatian currently living in London.
I started practising yoga 6 years ago. I was going through some very hard times and deep grief, feeling disconnected, disempowered and overwhelmed. Yoga not only helped me overcome those challenges, it changed my life in so many ways. I became very passionate about the practice and did my teacher training in India in 2024. I started teaching 1-1 private classes and loved seeing my students feeling grounded, happy and confident in themselves.
I then moved to London and started teaching group gym classes. My students would keep coming back and say how calming and relaxing the practice was, and how after a stressful work day it was just what they needed. I am very passionate about bringing Yoga to even more people, beginners, corporate spaces and more.
I then did a Trauma-informed YTT, learning about nervous system, fascia, different tools and techniques to support those with PTSD, overwhelmed, stressed and anxious.
Making a change in someone’s life is extremely rewarding and I hope more people realise how powerful and life-changing Yoga is.

I am an experienced yoga instructor, certified in India (Vinyasa and Yin 200hr), with continued education online and trauma-informed yoga certification. I am passionate about creating a safe, all-inclusive environment for students to explore their inner world, build resilience, focus and release any stuck emotions and stress. My classes are highly grounding, and include breath work, asanas (physical postures), somatic exercises and meditation. Student/s decide on the pace and intensity of the class. My focus is to make yoga highly accessible for everyone and for students to reconnect with their bodies, breath, power and strength. As a trauma-informed teacher I support the ones who are in shutdown, dysregulated or overwhelmed with life.
It is never about how flexible you are, yoga is so much more than that. It can transform your life in ways you never imagined. Improved sleep, focus, mental clarity, flexibility and stress relief are just some of the results of consistent practice with me.
If you are a beginner and feel intimidated by the idea of starting something new, my classes are tailored just for you and your needs and it will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and empowered.
And if you are in search of a yoga teacher for an event or corporate spaces, I am passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga perfectly adapted to those spaces! By creating a calming, warm, welcoming and supportive environment.
