With 10 years of experience, I offer personalized yoga lessons focused on flexibility, strength, relaxation, and overall well-being. I have expertise in different yoga styles, public speaking, motivation, and problem-solving. I hold certified Yoga courses from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi. I teach in both Hindi and English and offer online and offline classes for beginners and experienced learners.
