About Willard
As a dedicated and professional swimming instructor, I am committed to helping every student achieve their goals in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment. I understand that learning to swim is a unique journey for each individual, which is why I tailor every lesson to suit the student's age, experience, confidence level, and learning pace.
Safety is always my highest priority. I use proven teaching techniques, clear communication, and positive reinforcement to help students develop strong swimming skills while building confidence in the water. My lessons are well-structured, engaging, and focused on steady, measurable progress.

I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt each lesson to the individual's age, experience, confidence level, and goals. My teaching approach is patient, encouraging, and safety-focused, creating a positive environment where students feel comfortable progressing at their own pace. Whether you are entering the water for the first time or looking to refine your technique, I provide clear demonstrations, constructive feedback, and step-by-step guidance throughout every lesson.
A typical lesson begins with a short warm-up and an assessment of your current ability. We then work on specific skills such as water confidence, floating, breathing techniques, kicking, stroke development, endurance, or advanced stroke refinement, depending on your level. Every session ends with a review of your progress and practical tips to help you continue improving before the next lesson.
What sets me apart is my personalized coaching style. I focus not only on teaching proper swimming technique but also on building confidence, improving water safety, and helping students enjoy the learning process. I celebrate every milestone and ensure that each lesson is engaging, structured, and goal-oriented.
