About Eremia
I am a qualified IT Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and technical support. I hold CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, and Cisco ICND1 certifications, giving me a solid foundation across IT support, networking, and cloud technologies.
I have practical experience working with Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Azure services, networking infrastructure, and troubleshooting real-world IT issues. I bring this experience into my teaching to make lessons practical, clear, and job-focused.
My aim is to help students build confidence in IT by breaking down complex topics into simple, understandable steps. I focus on real-world applications so learners can apply their knowledge in exams, work environments, or future IT careers.
I am passionate about helping beginners, students, and career changers develop strong technical skills and progress in the IT field.

My teaching approach is practical, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual goals. I focus on explaining concepts clearly with real-world examples, so you understand not just how things work, but why they work. Lessons are interactive and flexible, allowing students to choose the topics they want to improve and progress at their own pace.
I cover Computing, Level 2 IT, Principles of Cyber Security, Microsoft 365, Windows administration, networking, IT support, troubleshooting, and foundational cloud concepts. Each session is adapted to your needs, whether you're preparing for exams or building job-ready IT skills.
Typical lesson length: 60 minutes (flexible sessions of 30 or 90 minutes available depending on your needs).
Qualifications & Experience: I am a certified IT Support Engineer with CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, and Cisco ICND1 certifications. I have hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and cloud administration, which I bring into my teaching to provide practical, industry-relevant learning.
Who my lessons are for: Beginners, GCSE/college and Level 2 IT students, adults returning to education, and career changers looking to enter IT or strengthen their technical skills. No prior experience is required, as lessons are fully adapted to your starting level.
