About Marwan
As the Head of Training and Development at Pyramakerz Technologies, I bring a wealth of experience in building and managing high-performing teams, developing comprehensive STEM curricula, and implementing innovative training methods. My journey at Pyramakerz began with the establishment of a B2C Unit, where I led a talented group of instructors, supervisors, graphic designers, and operations personnel to deliver top-notch educational experiences.
My passion lies in creating engaging and effective learning programs that span various STEM disciplines, including robotics, coding, AI, and more. By leveraging platforms like Roblox, Scratch, Pictoblox, Python, and Flutter, I have successfully designed curricula that cater to diverse learning needs and preferences.
A key aspect of my role involves enhancing instructional development to ensure our students receive the highest quality education. My strategic approach to curriculum development and my ability to implement blended learning models—combining online platforms with in-person workshops—have significantly increased student enrollment and improved learning outcomes.
In addition to my curriculum and instructional development expertise, I excel in project management, ensuring that all initiatives are completed on time and within budget. My leadership extends to overseeing three critical units: Learning and Development, Sales, and Research and Development, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across the organization.
