About Rachna
I am a dedicated and passionate Science educator with more than 21 years of teaching experience in leading schools. Throughout my career, I have helped students develop a strong understanding of scientific concepts while building confidence, curiosity, and a genuine love for learning.
My academic background includes a Master's degree in Zoology and a Bachelor of Education, complemented by extensive experience as a Science Teacher, Science Mentor, and Academic Coordinator. Over the years, I have worked with students across different age groups, supporting both academic excellence and holistic development.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when guided with patience, encouragement, and the right teaching approach. My lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to individual learning needs, ensuring that students not only improve their grades but also gain a deeper understanding of the subject.

With over 21 years of teaching experience in reputed schools, I believe that every child learns best when concepts are understood rather than memorized. My teaching approach focuses on activity-based learning, real-life examples, interactive discussions, and regular assessments to build a strong foundation in Science and Biology.
A typical class begins with a review of previous concepts, followed by the introduction of new topics through demonstrations, visual aids, practical examples, and guided discussions. Students are encouraged to ask questions freely, and lessons are adapted to suit their individual learning styles and pace. Regular worksheets, quizzes, and feedback sessions help track progress and identify areas for improvement.
What distinguishes me as a teacher is my extensive classroom experience, student-centered approach, and ability to simplify complex scientific concepts. Having served as a Science Mentor and Academic Coordinator, I understand both the academic and developmental needs of learners and strive to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
My classes are intended for school students from upper primary to secondary level, particularly those studying Science and Biology under CBSE and similar curricula.
