About Clemence
Hi, I’m Clémence, a certified RYT-500 yoga teacher and wellness practitioner with a passion for helping people feel more connected, grounded and comfortable in their bodies.
My yoga journey began in 2020 and has taken me through extensive training in different styles and approaches, including 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings in India. Alongside yoga, I have explored meditation, breathwork and mindfulness, which naturally became an important part of the way I teach.
I have experience working with people from different backgrounds and levels, and I genuinely enjoy adapting my teaching to each person. Whether you are completely new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or simply need a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself, you are welcome in my classes.
I teach with warmth, patience and curiosity. My goal is not to make you achieve the “perfect” pose, but to help you discover what feels good and meaningful for you.

My approach to yoga is personal, mindful and adaptable. With 500+ hours of yoga teacher training and experience teaching different levels, I create each class around your body, goals, energy and experience.
A typical session begins with a short check-in and grounding, followed by mindful movement, yoga postures and a relaxing final rest. Depending on your needs, we may focus on flexibility, strength, mobility, stress relief, balance, relaxation or simply creating a deeper connection with your body.
I also integrate breathwork and meditation when appropriate, making the practice a complete experience for both body and mind.
My classes are welcoming and non-judgmental, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. I believe yoga is not about performing perfect poses, but about learning to listen to yourself and feeling better in your body.
