About Tanita
Level 1 Rowing Australia Accredited Coach Certification — officially accredited by Rowing Australia
8 years of personal rowing experience, including competitive rowing throughout high school.
National-level rowing participation and achievements in Sri Lanka, giving me firsthand experience in competitive rowing.
Former Vice Captain of a rowing team, developing strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and mentoring skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing me to effectively teach and motivate beginner rowers.
Patient and adaptable coaching style, with sessions tailored to each student's experience, goals, learning pace, and individual needs.
