About Claudia

Hi there! I'm a qualified primary school teacher with four years of experience working with children aged 5 to 11. I absolutely love what I do – teaching has always felt more like a passion than just a job. I decided to become a tutor because I know how much of a difference it can make when a child gets a bit of extra support and someone who truly listens. Every child learns in their own way, and I enjoy helping them find what works best for them. About the lesson

As a qualified primary school teacher with four years of classroom experience, my approach to tutoring is calm, supportive, and tailored to each child’s individual learning style. My lessons typically last 1 hour, depending on the age and focus area of the student. I always plan lessons with clear learning objectives and build in time for practice, discussion, and review to ensure deep understanding. I have experience working with children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (ages 5–11) and am confident in delivering lessons aligned with the UK National Curriculum. I also support children preparing for SATs, catching up after gaps in learning, or simply building core skills.
