About Erica
I'm Miss Cleary! I have 10 years + experience in teaching primary aged children from EYFS to Year 6. I qualified with a BA (Hons) degree in Primary Education and since then have worked in different schools gaining a range of experience teaching different abilities and needs, including Special Educational Needs, Gifted and Talented and a variety of learning styles. I specialise in phonics, early reading, literacy and maths. I have worked with the UK curriculum for 10 years and I have taught all ages so I have an in depth knowledge of how to get the most out of children, at their own pace.

I am passionate about ensuring children learn using creativity and encourage a passion for learning. I want to ensure children are benefitting from a fun, positive teaching environment. Children learn best through engagement and motivation and I aim to ensure that my lessons provide a safe space where children feel confident to take risks and build a passion for learning. There is also an opportunity for children to work within small groups to build
positive relationships and encourage each other with their learning.
As parents and carers, you will want to ensure the best for your child and I want to work with you to ensure your child succeeds.
Lessons are all online based and depending on age, they can last from 30 mins to 1 hour.
