About Nathan
I have been a teacher for 10 years. With 7 years as a class teacher and 3 years doing supply teaching and tutoring.
I am also an experienced and highly qualified sports coach with 16 years coaching football, 8 years coaching cricket and coaching a wide variety of sports in primary and secondary schools.
I have a cat and dog and enjoy long walks and runs. I also enjoy going to the gym, food, travel and tv.
As well as maths and English I love to teach and enjoy history, geography, science, PE and languages (French and a little Spanish).

Using 10 years' experience teaching and tutoring, the most important thing is to know each individual as a person and a learner in order to personalise the learning. I believe working with others involved in the individual's learning is vital for consistency, I will work with schools and other tutors to ensure this.
After this, I will do a gap analysis and identify key areas that require addressing, before mapping out a tailored and personalised curriculum to suit the needs of the learner.
