About Ayisha
I have always had a strong interest in Mathematics and how it helps us think logically and solve real-life problems. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Mathematics has been a core part of my academic journey and continues to be a subject I truly enjoy.
I chose to teach Mathematics because I believe it is one of the most important subjects in building a child’s foundation for future learning. Over my 10 years of teaching primary level students, I have seen how many children struggle not because they are incapable, but because they need the right explanation, patience, and guidance to understand concepts clearly.
Teaching Math gives me the opportunity to make a positive difference in a child’s learning journey. I find great satisfaction in helping students move from confusion to confidence, especially when they begin to enjoy a subject they once found difficult.
My goal is to simplify Mathematics, make it engaging, and help every student realize that they are capable of success with the right support and encouragement.

My approach to private tutoring is focused on understanding each child as an individual learner. I begin by identifying their strengths, gaps, and learning style so that lessons can be tailored specifically to their needs. I believe Mathematics should be taught in a clear, step-by-step manner, ensuring students fully understand each concept before moving on.
I create a supportive and patient learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions without fear of making mistakes. I also use practical examples and guided practice to help make abstract concepts easier to understand and more relatable. Regular review and reinforcement are key parts of my teaching to ensure long-term understanding rather than short-term memorization.
In addition to improving academic performance, I aim to build each student’s confidence and independent problem-solving skills. I provide consistent feedback to both students and parents so that progress is clear and areas for improvement are addressed early. My goal is not just better grades, but to help students develop a strong foundation and a positive attitude towards learning Mathematics.
