Perfect! Lakshay - well, where to start...we had a video call under difficult circumstances - my internet connection was extremely slow and as a result, Lakshay was able to view only a very blurry image throughout the call. Even so, he was extremely patient and persevered in order to resolve a Power BI question that plagued me, I could not figure out the problem and was quite frustrated. With focused attention he helped me resolve two issues that prevented me from building an accurate dashboard. I was well impressed that not only did he press on and remain calm while the video call was extremely difficult for him to decipher, but he was very intent on helping me. I am grateful to say the least and impressed with his desire to have a successful outcome and that he was insistent on staying the course through the call despite not being able to view my content clearly. I have confidence that he and his team can resolve a multitude of technical issues with patience, a courteous demeanor and intelligence. Big applause.
