About Maea
Kia ora! I'm an eighteen year old Maori student currently residing in Wellington, but grew up in Tauranga. Have been playing piano for over ten years, specialise in Jazz and Pop music. Love to teach a variety of ages!! My teaching style revolves around applying skills to genres that the student is interested in, not to isolate them into learning pieces that are limiting or restrictive.

Worked at Technics Music Academy for three years taught both privately and in groups
Typically worked with ages 7-15, but can work with any ages.
Used to teaching beginners, the majority of my students were at the beginner stage of their journey, but I can teach up to Grade Six proficiently.
