About Arthur
Hi!
I have six years experience as a physical education teacher, including two as a head of department.
I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the University of Bath in the UK and completed my teacher training qualification soon after.
I've worked in the UK and in international schools in Africa and Asia. I have an outstanding record teaching PE at GCSE, IGCSE and UK A-Level.

My lessons are student centred and follow a clear and logical progression:
1) Cover the core content: Provide students with everything they need to know for their final examinations (comprehensive revision resources will be provided alongside).
2) Put into context: Students apply their knowledge to practical examples and attempt past exam questions on the topic.
3) Feedback/refinement: Analyse answers together, identifying areas of strength and weakness and comparing answers to official mark-schemes.
4) Repetition: Regular recap tests covering previously taught content. Reattempt incorrectly answered past exam questions.
