About Fatai
My name is Fatai and I am a dedicated PhD-qualified lecturer and researcher with a lifelong passion for teaching and mentoring. I have over 30 years of combined experience in academia, policy, and leadership, with a special focus on civil-military relations, security governance, and African politics. I have taught at postgraduate level, designed and delivered modules in international relations and African studies, and supported students at every stage — from A Level to dissertation supervision. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to help you gain clarity, confidence, and critical thinking skills that last far beyond the classroom. I believe that learning should be engaging, practical, and directly connected to real-world challenges. My aim is to help you see the bigger picture, strengthen your academic writing, and succeed in your studies — whether you’re preparing for exams, tackling a complex topic, or aiming for top grades in your essays.
