About David
I’ve been a personal trainer and performance coach for more than 25 years, working with everyone from beginners to professional athletes, performers, executives, and people simply trying to feel better in their own body.
My approach is straightforward: training should fit your life, your goals, and your ability level. No generic plans, no unnecessary complexity, and no pretending everyone needs to train the same way.
I focus on building strength, improving movement, preserving muscle, changing body composition, and creating a plan you can actually follow long enough to get results.

I’ve spent more than 25 years helping people get stronger, move better, and actually stick with a plan. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. I look at your goals, your experience, your lifestyle, your limitations, and what you’ll realistically do, then build the training around you.
Whether you’re starting from scratch, getting back into shape, trying to preserve muscle while losing weight, or chasing a higher level of performance, my job is to make the process clear, efficient, and sustainable.
