About Paul
I am an experienced Organisational Development and Change professional specialising in leadership development, executive coaching and people capability. My approach is practical, supportive and outcomes focused, helping individuals build confidence, strengthen leadership effectiveness and navigate change successfully.
I tailor every session to the needs of the individual, combining reflective coaching techniques with practical tools and real-world leadership experience. My coaching style is supportive but appropriately challenging, encouraging honest reflection, accountability and meaningful professional growth. Areas I commonly support include leadership confidence, people management, communication, stakeholder engagement, organisational change, career progression and team development.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes and are available online or in person. I provide one-to-one executive coaching, leadership mentoring and professional development support for individuals at different stages of their careers.
I hold a Chartered CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Learning and Development, am a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner and have additional coaching and leadership development qualifications. Alongside my qualifications, I have significant experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes within large and complex organisations.
My coaching and development sessions are suitable for aspiring leaders, first-time managers, experienced managers, senior leaders and executives looking to develop their confidence, leadership capability and professional impact.

My approach to leadership development and executive coaching is practical, reflective and outcomes focused. I work collaboratively with individuals and teams to build self-awareness, strengthen leadership capability and support meaningful behavioural change that aligns with organisational goals and personal aspirations.
My coaching style combines evidence-based leadership and organisational development practice with a supportive and challenging approach. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual and may include strengths-based coaching, reflective practice, goal setting, stakeholder analysis, change management techniques and action planning. I often draw on recognised frameworks including coaching methodologies, change management models and leadership development approaches to help leaders navigate complexity, improve confidence and enhance team performance.
Typical sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the needs of the client. I offer one-to-one executive coaching, leadership mentoring, development workshops and support for organisational change and people management capability.
