About Catherine
> I am a friendly and patient native Swahili speaker born and raised in kilifi, in the coast , Kenya. Swahili is my daily language at home, at the market and with friends.
> I love sharing Kenyan culture and language with people from around the world. For the past 2 years I have been helping travelers, volunteers and online friends learn practical Swahili for real life.
> I am very patient with beginners and I explain everything clearly in English when needed. I am always on time and I make lessons fun and relaxed. I also speak fluent English so I can teach English speaking too.
> My goal is to make you confident speaking Swahili in Kenya. Karibu sana!

> My lessons are very practical and fun. We focus on conversation from day one. You will learn greetings like Jambo, Habari, Mambo poa, how to bargain at the market, ordering food, asking directions, matatu culture, and daily conversation.
> I use simple methods: short videos, dialogues, role-play, and easy homework on WhatsApp. Perfect for travelers coming to Kenya, expats, volunteers, people dating Kenyans, or anyone who loves East African culture.
> Lessons are online via Google Meet or WhatsApp video. I am patient, friendly and I explain in English when needed. First lesson we set your goals. Karibu sana, let's make Swahili easier
