About Katima
Hello! I'm an MSN-prepared Registered Nurse with years of experience in clinical practice, nursing leadership, and healthcare quality improvement. I currently work as a Quality Management Specialist in a busy hospital setting, where I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and promote evidence-based care.
Throughout my career, I've developed a passion for mentoring and educating future nurses. I understand that nursing school can be demanding, and I enjoy helping students simplify complex concepts, strengthen critical thinking skills, and build confidence in their abilities.
Whether you're working toward your ADN, BSN, or MSN, preparing for the NCLEX, or need support with Medical-Surgical Nursing, Pharmacology, Pathophysiology, Leadership, Research, Evidence-Based Practice, or APA formatting, I'm committed to helping you succeed.
