About Boudicca
I’m an MSci Marine Biology student with a real love for learning and helping others grow. As someone who is neurodiverse and was once a tutee myself, I know how much supportive, patient teaching can change your confidence. My lessons are calm, encouraging, and tailored to each student, and I always aim to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. I’m certified in supporting neurodiverse learners, so I adapt my teaching to suit different learning styles and needs. I care about clear communication, well‑planned lessons, and making sure every student feels understood. I’m also hoping to pursue a PhD to become an educator, so teaching is something I’m genuinely passionate about.

My teaching style is friendly, structured, and fully tailored to each learner. I focus on building confidence, strengthening understanding, and improving exam technique through clear explanations and step‑by‑step guidance. I use visual aids, worked examples, active questioning, and exam‑style practice to help students understand not just the correct answer, but the reasoning behind it. I also adapt my approach for neurodiverse students, drawing on my certification and experience supporting a wide range of learning needs. Lessons are usually 60 minutes, and I teach KS3, GCSE, and A‑Level students as an MSci Marine Biology student with a strong background in science.
