About Lata
I am an experienced Maths tutor with over 3 years of dedicated teaching. Throughout my career, I have successfully taught around 300 students across various levels, from primary school to university. My passion for Maths and commitment to education have driven me to help students not only improve their grades but also develop a genuine interest and confidence in the subject.
My tutoring approach is centered around Communication, Flexibility, Integrity, Accountability, and Positivity. I believe in creating an open line of communication to understand each student’s unique needs and learning styles. By being flexible, I adapt my lessons to suit individual paces and preferences, ensuring that no student is left behind.
I uphold integrity by providing honest, constructive feedback, helping students recognize their strengths and areas for growth. Accountability is a shared value in my sessions, where clear goals and expectations are set, fostering a sense of responsibility in students while holding myself accountable for their progress.
My positive attitude and encouraging demeanor create a motivating learning environment. Additionally, my skills in breaking down complex concepts into easily understandable segments make learning Maths an engaging and less daunting experience.
In addition to Maths, I am proficient in teaching related subjects such as Physics, Statistics, and Computer Science, offering comprehensive support in exam preparation and assignments. My goal is to inspire confidence and a lifelong love for learning in every student I teach.
